Payment for a training course constitutes registration for one or more training courses offered by our services and guarantees your place. Some payments also constitute deposits. This particularity is clearly indicated under the cost item in the training description.
The training is refundable, minus the registration fee ($30), only for any cancellation received seven (7) business days before the training start date. Administrative fees may also be withheld depending on the case.
In the event of a participant's absence from the activity, there can be no rescheduling of the activity nor reimbursement of fees.
The Centre de services scolaire de la Beauce-Etchemin reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify any activity, in which case its liability will be limited to the full reimbursement of registration fees already paid.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation deadline is not respected.
